* You can download BoA package from MPIfR site by clicking here

* After downloading Boa, you can download a tar file called boa-commands.tar here. It contains a set of files necessary to run the standard functions. Note that some boa scripts do not have the same name as the command. The list of functions is defined in the file laboca.boa

* You can also download a special package called template_boa.tar.gz by clicking here, that contains the files needed to run the script #1, described in the link below.
