Fat is easily found by both red meat and cooking systems (fried food). There is also an excess on iron coming from the large amounts of meat eaten which at this point may turn in a dangerous product for our cells. Iron produces an increase of the oxidant stress and of the hemoglobin stimulated by hypoxy. This is a positive adaptation mechanism to a certain determined concentration, but it becomes risky if it goes over that concentration. Proportions for each nutrient, the way they are prepared, the amount and administration system, the number of necessary calories for a worker who performs a simple or hard task, all these are part of the support we provide for a company. |
