Objectives of The Health Exam |

Identify ideal individuals who can participate in any of the exercise programs, without a specific medical evaluation from those who need a medical evaluation before starting an exercise program. |

Identify the individuals who require a more complete medical evaluation before starting an exercise program. This is the case of all the individuals who participate on physical activities programs in altitude. |
