National Ergonomic Comission

According to Title I, Article 3 of Supreme Decree N¼ 1/ 4 71- The definition of heavy work and the factors of global work load will be applied and examined totally, by the National Ergonomic Comission.

Likewise, according to Title II, Article 5- The National Ergonomic Comission, autonomous entity, must be formed by the following members:

	Technicals: an occupational medicine specialist Doctor, who will be presiding it, a traumatology specialist Doctor; a civil engineer expert on professional risks prevention, a civil engineer expert on industrial hygiene and a university professional expert on ergonomy.

	A worker assigned by the most representative Union Central in the country.

	An entrepreneur assigned by the most representative companies organization in the country.
