Reduction of Age for Heavy Work Performance
 

According to the reduction of age, to the one you can acceed, it has to be distinguished that:

 

New Pensions System Depositor

-

Two years per each five they have quoted 2% for a maximum of two years.
-

On year per each five they have quoted 1% for a maximum of five years.

   

Old System Depositor:

-

One year per each five for a maximum of five years.
-

Two years per each five they had executed heavy work, in mines or melting plants, for a maximum of ten years.
-

An entrepreneur assigned by the most representative companies organization in the country.
   
 

According to the requirements to have access to the benefits of the already mentioned Law, it also nust be distinguished that:
 

New System:

-

To do a heavy work qualified as heavy work by the National Ergonomic Comission.
-

To have quoted 2% or 1%, in its case.
-

To have at least twenty years of quotations in any Social Security regime.

   

Old System:

-

To do a job, qualified as heavy by the National Ergonomic Comission.
-

To be 23 years in any Social Security regime.
