As part of CETHA development strategy, there has been a fruitful cooperation with professional from different areas. Research has multiplied as a result of Agreements for development, in which research projects have applying to internal contests from the related institutions and then to external public or private funds.

Research: Immune changes by arsenic exposure.

Regional Sports and Recreation Coordination, II region. Support and research on sports played in altitude.

 

FONDEF - CORFO (Scientific and technologic development fund).
Governmental organization that co-finances national projects. Research is done by Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, Universidad de Santiago, Universidad de Antofagasta and Asociación Chilena de Seguridad together. It also includes the participation of the following companies: Noranda Chile;Fundición Alnorte; Compañía Minera Zaldivar, Laboratorio Chile S.A. and Empresa Sanitaria del Norte (ESSAN).

3 years research with a cost of M$ 800.000.
